Combined with the existing rotary perforating, supplied as standard with the AutoCreaser, this opens a whole new range of applications which can now be produced on Morgana AutoCreasers if all ages.
With the Morgana Side Perforation kit you will be able to create tear off tabs, draw tickets, return vouchers etc.
The Morgana Side Perforation kit will allow side stop perforating from a minimum of 10mm (.39") up to a maximum of 150mm (5.9"). This can be utilized on either side of the document. Combined with the existing rotary perforating, supplied as standard with the AutoCreaser, this opens up a whole new range of applications which can now be produced on our machines.
The kit consists of a new blade set, much like a creasing blade set, and is fitted to the machine in the same way. Datum points are scribed onto the top section to fit the perforating blade in the correct position for the job.
Blades are supplied in 50 (1.97"), 100 (3.93") and 150 (5.90")mm lengths giving the option to side perforate from 10mm (.39") - 150mm (5.90"). The blades come standard in 26 and 56 tooth versions for different stock types:
2 x 50 - 1 x 26 & 1 x 56 tooth
2 x 100 - 1 x 26 & 1 x 56 tooth
2 x 150 - 1 x 26 & 1 x 56 tooth
Can be used with all previous generations of the Mrogana AutoCreaser 33 and 50
