Single or double sided fully automatic laminator. Compact with the smallest foot print in the market but built for heavy duty production usage. Automatic feeding is performed by the high pile feeder. Fast and efficient performance without the need for a vacuum pump. Pneumatic pressure achieves maximum working speed even on challenging prints. Temperature is constantly measured directly on the lamination roller’s surface and instantly adjusted by the software to compensate for temperature drop as speed increases.

Temperature is constantly measured directly on the lamination roller’s surface and instantly adjusted by the software to compensate for temperature drop as speed increases. Independently adjustable temperature to the two lamination rollers will protect the back side of the print during single sided lamination. 1000m BOPP laminating rolls can be installed on the top and bottom reel holder.
AUTOMATIC BURSTING
Automatic separation will be performed either in single sided or double sided OPP laminated sheets thanks to the powerful built in tear-off system.
OPTIONAL HIGH CAPACITY ROLLERS
Optional 3000m reel holders for both top and bottom will turn this machine into a heavy duty and cost effective system that will let you save on laminating film taking advantage of lower price per sqm on longer rolls.
