The 700i Digital Booklet System is designed to streamline the booklet production process with advanced automation. Integrated with the DBM-700/T Bookletmaker and Trimmer, this system combines the stitcher, folder, and face trimmer into one efficient, all-in-one solution. The DSF-2200 Sheet Feeder ensures reliable performance with its dual-bin setup, featuring air suction feed technology and front/side air separation for smooth, precise feeding. Both bins can be used to feed cover and inner sheets together or for feeding covers separately for greater flexibility.
It offers full-bleed trimming and square spine options with the capability to produce thicker booklets – up to 50 sheets – with ease. Suitable for mid-volume productions, the 700i delivers a variety of applications – such as catalogs, manuals, and promotional materials – with automated precision, producing up to 3,272 booklets per hour. This fully automated system allows you to meet tight deadlines and maintain exceptional quality throughout.
