ABOUT CERTIFIED SERIES

At Sydney Stone we take pride in the level of reconditioning that goes into our pre-owned equipment and are pleased to introduce our new “Certified Series” of pre-owned finishing equipment.

In our facility, a reconditioned machine is stripped down and thoroughly inspected in our full-service rebuilding center. We thoroughly clean the machine and all components and identify worn parts and either repair or replace them.

Repainting or powder coating is an option but may not be performed on all machines if the initial appearance is very good. We then reassemble the equipment, update it as necessary and conduct thorough testing to ensure it’s running up to our quality standards before we prepare it for shipment. All necessary knives, sticks, tools, guards, accessories and manuals that were provided when the equipment was new are always shipped with a reconditioned machine. The standard reconditioned equipment warranty is 100 days parts and labour but our new “Certified Series” equipment will include our 1 year 5 Star Extended Maintenance agreement at no additional charge! The 5 Star agreement will include a comprehensive 1 year parts and labour warranty and two on-site preventative maintenance calls to ensure your finishing equipment is always working at its peak. In addition to the included one year 5 Star EMA, you will be offered to renew this EMA at an affordable annual or monthly rate to ensure your investment remains fully protected.
