The CardFolder enables you to create 5-fold types including the most common half, letter or Z folds. The fold is achieved by the combination of manually adjustable fold plates and large-diameter rubber rollers. This simple but revolutionary solution allows you to create one of the most in demand products in the world of low-production digital presses, i.e. producing professional folds on all kinds of stock up to 350gsm.
Finally, a finishing system which brings the sheet feed and fold function into harmony, utilising simple colour-coded reference points. Aesthetic templates are supplied for all the major fold types and sheet sizes, which correlate with the colour-coded folding unit to enable immediate and fault-free machine make ready. From sheet feeding right through to delivery, with fibre-crack eliminating creasing applied at the heart of the operation, all the setting are worked out for you.
