Please Note:
Some our blades are made with either High Speed Steel or Standard Steel. The High Speed Steel knives are marked as HSS. Should the knife not be made of High Speed Steel their will be no description to the type of steel used.
HSS knives will last longer between sharpening increasing the usable life of the knife, while not all knives are available in HSS it is highly recommended when possible to use a HSS knife.
