Matrix laminators will do the entire job from start to gloss. Suitable for both digital and litho output this 19.6” width machine can process a variety of foils as well as two sided work OR single sided work with OPP laminating films and separate the sheets so that they lay flat and ready for the next finishing stage, no manual cutting or added labour.

The new Matrix Duplex is an incredibly cost-effective foiling and laminating system that allows printers to apply a wide variety of foils, laminate single-side, double-side and encapsulate their work, in-house.
Available as either a full system or a modular retrofit for the multilingual MX-530, the Duplex will laminate both sides of the printed sheet at the same time, halving your production time. Whether you gloss the front and matt the back, or use Anti-scratch film on both sides of the print, changing rolls takes a matter of minutes.
The Duplex option is produced in Britain which shortens our supply chains and lead times.
We’ve used the highest quality components within the system, including Omron switches, Schneider electrics and British built Bambi compressors.
