UV Coating and Laminating

UV coating machines are used to apply a coating to the printed document. These coatings are used to protect the image and/or enhance the colours. UV coating fluid is a liquid chemistry that is cured by a UV light on the UV coating machine. UV coating machines are available in different sizes and widths depending on your application. We sell a variety of Duplo UV Coaters as well as IR (infra red) light systems to enhance your coating finish.

Laminating machines provide a similar finish using a film layer melted to the surface of a sheet of paper.

Laminating equipment enhances and protects the printed image. A variety of laminating films and UV films are available depending on your application. Laminating machines are available as smaller pouch laminators (for office and short run use), cold roll laminators, hot roll laminators and heat assist laminators.
