The DigiFold PRO features...
The DigiFold PRO features the increased speed, size, touch screen setup and perforating over the original Morgana DigiFold that has been on the market for 5 years. By incorporating yet more patented technology, the DynaCrease, Morgana has managed to increase the speed to over 6,000 letter size sheets per hour. Speed increase when running smaller sheets and is achieved by creasing the sheet without stopping it, yet maintaining an accuracy of +/-0.1mm. This speed is maintained irrespective of the number of creases being applied to the sheet. 9 sheets each with 9 creases can now be produced in less than 9 seconds!

The DigiFold PRO will make operators look like rock stars. Able to produce upwards of 40,000 pieces creased and folded in an 8 hour day this is the ultimate finishing piece. While loading on the fly you are able to continually run the machine. Certainly most digital printers will not be producing 40,000 pieces in a day but may have a couple runs a day of 1,000 pieces or even 500 pieces, with no other process could you complete these as quickly at such level of quality. The fully automatic setup requires the operator to enter only the sheet length and select the fold they are looking to do, from there the DigiFold PRO will setup the crease and fold positions, with two test sheets we can check our work then start running the job, its as easy as that.
