Product Description

The Nagel F8 Heavy Duty Bookletmaker Features...
  • - Capacity of up to 25 sheets (100 pages) of 20-lb. stock.
  • - Production speeds of up to 1500 booklets per hour can be achieved.
  • - Regular staples (up to 4 in a booklet)
  • - Can be used used without staple head to fold up to 25 sheets in half
  • - Connects to all standard bench top collators PLUS the Nagel S8 Air Feed Collator & Trimmer Presser.

 

The Nagel Trimmer Features...
  • - Minimum and maximum paper formats are 5.5" x 8.3" and 12.8" x 17.8"
  • - Maximum thickness of books are 5mm (0.20") which is apporximately 25 flat sheets
  • - Includes press station, adjutable run-on belts, bypass-modus and upper transport belts
  • - The run-on of the transport belt can be adjusted to ensure that the front trim will be exactly parallel to the fold of the booklet. The booklets are pressed before trimming to make them lie flat and give them a sharp fold. The pressing function makes the Nagel Trimmer unique in its class.
