The DF-1000 is a simple to operate folder that because of suction feeding is able to handle digitally printed work without concerns about jamming and waste levels that can accompany other folders. Set up is automatic so the folder can be operated by unskilled staff. Six roller operation and feed accuracy detection means that the unit can run unattended.

Automatic set up for standard formats and two job memory for custom jobs make the DF-1000 one of the simplest folders to operate. Suction feed means it will handle digitally printed and coated papers without problem, while a batching function allows production to be interrupted at desired intervals while the delivery is cleared. Copes with lightweight papers (55gsm) to cover weights (200gsm at letter size, 160gsm ledger size).
